Some of the people at see at my local Walmart simply amazes me. Is this a new fashion trend? Or do I just live in a bad neighborhood?

Took this picture a couple of weeks ago. I don't know about you, but I have seen some crazy shit going down at my local Walmart. Next time you're at one of these places, look around... I guarantee you'll spot something out of this world.
