Good news for those who can't get enough of Sarah Palin: The former Alaska governor -- who's now a Fox News commentator, best-selling memoirist and Republican campaign machine -- has a deal in the bag with the Discovery Channel, a source at the network confirmed to PEOPLE.
According to everyone from Variety to The Washington Post, the series "Sarah Palin's Alaska" has been picked up for a reported $1 million-plus per episode.
Variety says Palin's project with reality TV rainmaker Mark Burnett "will center on interesting characters, traditions and attractions in the 49th state -- with the ex-VP candidate as a guide."
A spokesman for Palin referred questions to Burnett's office, which did not return requests for comment. Neither did a Discovery spokesperson.
Fuck you Discovery Channel.

Just in time for Fashion Week, a top male model is facing criminal charges after allegedly offering sexual favors to Arkansas cops in return for his release following an arrest for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Nick Snider, 21, was busted early Monday morning after causing a disturbance at a female friend's home in Batesville, a city 90 miles north of Little Rock. According to an Independence County Sheriff's Department report, when deputies approached the intoxicated Snider, he stated, "I am a very famous model." As Snider was being transported in a patrol car to the county jail, he "kept trying to get me to stop the car and let him go," reported Deputy Brian Luetschwager. "Mr. Snider stated to me, 'If you stop I'll suck your dick and balls if you let me go.'" Snider, pictured in the below mug shot, allegedly repeated the oral sex offer after arriving at the local lockup, where the model "also harassed the booking Jailer with similar sexual comments." After declining the barter deal, deputies lodged an additional charge against Snider, this one for illegally attempting to influence a public servant. He pleaded not guilty yesterday to the three misdemeanor counts during an appearance in Independence County District Court.
Snider is free on $780 bond and is scheduled for a February 17 trial. Snider has appeared as the face of Prada and was named by Forbes in 2008 as the world's fifth most successful male model. Last month, he was in Paris for the Yves Saint Laurent fashion show and will appear on various runways when New York City's Fashion Week begins February 11.
Buy Prada if you suck dicks!

Top-selling R&B singer Chris Brown was under investigation for attacking an unidentified woman after an argument early on Sunday morning, hours before he was scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards, police said.
The 19-year-old R&B star, who was scheduled to perform his hit single "Forever" at the Grammys at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday evening, was accused of attacking the woman after an argument in his car, Los Angeles police said.
Police declined to name the woman who made the domestic violence complaint against Brown. Brown has been romantically linked to pop singer Rihanna.
Rihanna had also been scheduled to perform at the Grammys, but canceled shortly before the show was scheduled to begin, according to a statement released by National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
"We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight's 51st Annual Grammy Awards. We're sorry she is unable to join us," the academy said in a brief statement that did not offer any further explanation.
Representatives for Brown and Rihanna, 20, could not immediately be reached for comment.
Police said Brown and the woman got into an argument while sitting in a parked car in the city's Hancock Park neighborhood at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.
"After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated," the Los Angeles police Department said. "The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker."
The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance and according to the statement, when officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene.
An LAPD spokeswoman declined further comment.
Brown, who released his first album in 2005 at the age of 16, the self-titled "Chris Brown," topped the charts with his hit single "Run it."
